Dr. Carl Gugino created the Zero Base orthodontic philosophy, which is a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment. We try to use the cutting-edge technology to individualize a patient’s treatment. Not all patients are treated the same way; they have different problems that need to be addressed through different means. We use this comprehensive approach to individualize treatment so that we achieve ideal occlusion for all of our patients.
