Dr. Heitnan was the only orthodontist in the Rochester/Buffalo area to find the cause of the problem and corrected the issue. I am very satisfied with Orthodontists Associates of Western New York! We receive a warm greeting from Carol and Kathy the minute we walk in the door. My daughter never waits longer than 5 minutes to be called back. Dr. Dusel takes the time to explain everything to both of us and answers all of our questions. The scheduling is very easy as they accommodate my daughter’s school schedule and are able to get her in right away when there’s an emergency. If you need an orthodontist, I highly recommend this practice!
